The Motherload

What if the connection with your kids was never competing with your business, but was the source of its energy?

For mothers who are founders, where deeper connection with your kids adds fuel to your business, rather than competing with it.

Does this sound like you?

You’ve been the reliable one for years. The business stays afloat, but it’s never quite reached the success you know would give your kids the life you want for them. The kids are fed, dressed and driven everywhere. But somewhere between packing infinite lunches and responding to late-night emails, a version of you came out that you never planned on. Maybe you snap, then hate yourself for it. Maybe you go quiet and far away, nodding while they talk and not really hearing them. Or maybe you keep everyone happy, saying yes and smoothing everything over, until there’s nothing left of you.

You told yourself it was just a season. Then the season stretched into years.

Now your kids are older. They don’t need you to tie their shoes anymore. They need you to see them. And every time you try, something in your chest whispers: you’ve already messed this up.

So you overgive. You apologise with treats. You push harder in your business so you can give them more. And quietly, you wonder whether they’re the ones paying for it.

What is actually going on

This isn’t another parenting program

This isn't a place that tells you to have the big conversations in the car or limit screen time. If you're working at the level of actions and behaviour, the cat is already out of the bag. You don't even need a deep conversation with your kids. In fact, I'm going to advise you not to have one.

The work happens inside you, at the root. When it does, the conversations, the actions and the natural desire to be around your kids and curious about them happen on their own.

I work at the subconscious and deeper unconscious layers. It's the difference between buying a brand-new Tesla and putting new wheels on an old car. There's no trying. It's just better.

The difference in connection with your children comes from the compassion you find for them, and they feel it without you ever saying it. And because we're healing you, I believe your lineage heals too, seven generations back and seven forward. The pain they've inherited begins to dissolve. You don't need to know how. You'll simply notice the result.

What life feels like after The motherload…

You don’t have to give anything up. Here’s what changes when it all starts working together.

When you're in your business, you're in it. When you're with your kids, you're actually with them.

There’s a lot on your plate, and you love all of it. Your business becomes the way you build the life you want for them, not the thing that takes you from them.

They come to you with ‘Mum, can I have a word?’ And you trust they’re going to be okay.

You know you're the right mother for these children. Just as they are the right children for you

What I see in families

〰️

What I see in families 〰️

Kids who never opened up start coming to their mum with ‘Can I have a word?’

And something I didn’t expect: when we accept our kids where they’re at, they mature faster. My son now does his own laundry without being asked, because I let him not get it when he couldn’t yet. My kids are confident with public transport on their own because I went with them the first time, instead of telling them they should already know how.

One mum I worked with had a daughter who clung to her and didn’t trust herself to do things alone. That daughter is now thriving at university four hours from home and planning a master’s overseas. Her confidence grew when her mum stopped needing her to be any different and had the ability to stay rooted in herself, rather than joining the rollercoaster of emotions that kids are supposed to be on.

Why I created The Motherload

For years I have been the one holding everything. When my long relationship ended, I was raising my kids largely on my own, with money tangled up in fear and a part of me certain I'd already damaged them. I didn't get to stop and heal somewhere quiet, so I healed inside all of it and kept building my business along the way.

What I found is that I never have to choose between my kids, myself and my business. And it’s important that I don’t!

The mother my kids need come from meeting the girl I was at their age, and finally having compassion for her.

And the founder that my business needs comes from the space I create in myself and my relationship with my kids.

I've spent the last five years using this work to build my business while raising my kids with barely a day off parenting.

Your Invitation

This is the founding round of The Motherload, so it's the smallest it will ever be and the lowest price it will ever be. It's coming together with women I've coached 1:1, so I know it's going to be powerful.

$1,212 USD, or $222 USD a fortnight for 6 fortnights.

My promise: come to all six calls, use the Voxer support and do the modules. If you haven't had a breakthrough in your connection with your kids or in the energy coming through your business, I'll coach you 1:1 for a month so you do.

Start with a 45-minute clarity session. It's a real coaching conversation, and you can ask me anything. If we enrol by the end of our call and you'll also receive a private 1:1 breakthrough session during our time together, normally $444 USD on its own.
